Belonging means deciding, giving, and receiving: participating in worship, joining in fellowship, supporting God's Mission (right here! right now!) with our time, talent and pledging of our money and resources. Deciding to believe and belong enriches your life as you receive God's love and give of yourself in response.
Like all churches in our denomination, the local congregation has it's own traditions to welcome new members. Some come to us by way of transfer of membership from their previous church, some by acclimation of faith. Some of us have been members since birth and many of us have come from other denominations or traditions. We welcome all - as did Jesus - to partake in the ministries, programs and rituals of our congregation.
